Shipment

Standard shipping in Germany is always free with AN'DA.

Shipping is safe and fast with our shipping partner DHL/DPD/Deutsche Post. All orders are processed by us within 48 hours on workdays and handed over as soon as possible after receipt of payment.

For deliveries outside the EU, additional country-specific import and customs fees may apply. The fees depend on the destination country. Please check with your local customs office for these fees. You must bear the cost of these fees.

You can return the received goods within 14 days without giving a reason. The return period is 14 days and begins on the day you took possession of the goods.
